30 DBC Day 2 ~Brides~

So here we are day 2 and I almost went to bed with out blogging! lol But I buckled down and am gonna make it happen. Its after midnight an I am just getting in from doing a wedding. There is nothing ZI adore most than having a bride that says "I dont really wear make up", or "I just wanna look pretty" to a woman who is on the verge of crying because they cant belive how Beautiful they look! I love making them fell the prettiest they have ever felt as they walk down the aisle to marry the man of their dreams. I am alwaysed so honored and humbled that they chose me to share in this amaing day with them. In a nut shell I love my brides. In 2011 my bridal services are really taking of an I am so thankful for that!

30 Day Blog Challenge

So inspired by Erin Bailey, or as most of you know her as ScandalousBeauty, I have decieded to do the 30 Day Blog/Vlog challenge. I didn't here about it till last night so I will be doing 2 post today! the first will just be my intro to this challenge. I like the Idea of having to write everyday for 30 days, hopefully it will give me more umph on writing everyday when its over! I have ABOSOLUTELY NO IDEA whatI will write about for 30 consecutive days but here goes nothing! Follow me on my journey and tell people about it! We can all go together!

Hi-Fi Cosmetics Swatches

I have been DYING to try out the Hi-Fi loose eyeshadow pigments. so when they had a5 random eye shadows for $15 I jumped on it. Veronica is trying to clear out all old, mislabeled, shadows with no labels, things of that nature. She's making room for all the new things she is bring to you. I got: Work It(sky blue), The Thrill Of The Kill(brick red, )Burn The World(copper), Arsonist(golden), Allegro(Lemon yellow)...
I swatched them wet and dry. The color to the left is foiled. and right is dry. They are really pigmented, the only thing I can say is say is they are VERY sparkly. Good lid or highlight colors!!

Happy New year mash up!

Looking through some albums and decided to upload work that I hadn't had a chance to.

Tried my hand IN FRONT of the Cam!!!

I've been told on numerous occasions that I have great bone structure and that I should try modeling. I am an extremely shy person when the focus is solely on me. But a few months back I got up the nerve to step in front of the camera! I was actually on set supposed to be doing makeup, but one of the girls didn't show up so there was A LOT of down time. What started out as the Photographer (Nathanael Peirce) taking "test shots turned into something SPECTACULAR!!!


Things went so well the first time I decided to do it again! This time I shot with Jarrell Hicks. He is a young photog here in Houston, but don't let his age fool you. He is UH-Mazing behind the camera. We call him the photo nerd! lol.






I really actually enjoy it. Stay on the look out for more from me!

I got a chance to work with a photographer who's work I have been eyeballing for a while. JP! If you are from the Houston/Dallas area you've seen the pictures!! Loud color, in your face, and over the top! I was in LOVE at first photo! She takes the "seriousness" out of photography! Yall know I love MY JPester!!!

*Review!* Coastal Scents 28 Palette

I have had this Palette for a couple of months now!! And I can absolutely say with out fail that I LOVE it! I reach for it EVERY time I apply makeup... Days when I don't even want to do my make I will still throw on a combo from the palette and have a phenomenal look... They blend well, very smooth! Any one in not certain about this Palette get it and don't look back!
